Online Registration is Open!

Because of construction at the camp, this year pre-registration will be a requirement to attend and attendance will be capped at 350. There will be no walk-up registration, so if you want to attend, you must pre-register. Pre-registration ends when we've reached 350 attendees, or August 31, whichever comes first.

If you'd like to register, click here.

What to Bring... What not to Bring

Please bring with you: bedding (sleeping bag, pillow, etc.), clothes for both hot days and cool nights, a flashlight, personal needs (toothbrush, soap, etc.), towel, and tent and groundcloth if camping. Earplugs are handy if you are in a room with someone that snores (or if you snore, bring some to share with your roommates!). Most importantly, bring your joyful self, a positive attitude and a willingness to share in creating a beautiful experience for everyone!

Please leave at home: candles, incense, cooking gear (no flames or burning objects are allowed in the camp), all pets, and alcohol. No pets are allowed in the camp (even poochie!), so please leave them at home or with someone else; you will be turned away without a refund if you have a pet with you.

Refund Policy

If you have pre-registered and for any reason are unable to attend, you must let us know by Sunday, August 31. Because we must plan for and purchase supplies based on your submitted registration, no refunds will be given after that date. Refunds, less a $25 service fee, will be issued by check after October 1.

The WBW Volunteer Force

Who puts on the Whole Being Weekend? YOU DO! There’s nothing like the feeling of making this event memorable for all. Volunteering is a fun way to meet new people and has been integral to the very nature and purpose of the Weekend itself since it began.

The WBW has always worked because most participants chip in to help make it happen, some a little, some A LOT!. This is what keeps the price so low while getting so much.

Areas that we need help on, with the designated coordinators are:

Check-in table: Shelly Moak
Kitchen Coordinator: Jodee
Chef: Kevin Smith
Parking:
Brad "the B" Buffett & Brad Bailey
Presenters' Kiosk: Tracy Lontos
Volunteer Coordination: François Ginsberg
Clean Up Crew: Bill Wallen (with help from everyone)

We really think that volunteering is a reward of its own and a great way to meet and interact with interesting people. We ask everyone to chip in a couple hours and have various areas that are available. When you register, you will be asked to choose where you would like to serve.

Accommodations

We have several options for your stay. Most people prefer to camp using their own tents and camping equipment. But for those of you who want less to bring up and to sleep inside, the camp offers several options, all at no extra charge.

Non-private cabins sleep 6 (think summer camp)
Dorm rooms sleep about 12
Field tents sleep about 10

When you register, you will be asked what type of accommodation you would prefer. For individuals or parties that do not fill up a whole cabin, you will be able to select your gender preference for others with whom you'll share the cabin.

PREMIUM CABINS: There are a few semi-private, premium cabins with private bathrooms that are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and incur an additional charge. These cabins sleep up to five and cost an additional $350 per cabin, in addition to each person's registration fee. They are available only for those staying both nights, and payment must be made at the time of registration in order to be secured. For each of these cabins, one party will be responsible for the reservation and that person may fill the cabin with whomever they wish.

Carpool!

Carpool carpool carpool! This year we will have half the number of parking spaces we usually have. And with the price of gas, why not share a ride with someone who also coming to the Weekend! Not only do you save on gas, space in the meadows get freed up for camping and playing. You might even make some new friends along the way! A little company can make the ride seem shorter. To facilitate this, we will have a Carpool Bulletin Board to help those who are offering or looking for rides to find each other. Look for it in August.

Presenters

Teach a Class? Give a workshop? Work out some knots in someone's shoulder? Have something new to share? Share your gift; be a presenter.

Anyone can be a presenter. The Weekend does not "book" presenters, but instead rents the camp, buys the food, makes all the key arrangements, and then lets our community come together and create magic. To present, all you need do is attend and offer. There's not much more to it than that.

To present at this year's WBW, click here
*You must be registered before you apply to present.

How it works: after check-in, you fill out a card describing your workshop and place it on our big board, choosing your workshop time slot and location. These locations are spread around the camp and are really only suggestions. You can gather there then move off to wherever suits your needs best.

There is limited indoor space available at the camp, so if being indoors or having power is a requirement for your workshop, this may not work for you. But if you'd enjoy being in a meadow, or under a tree, or on a big rock and sharing your gifts, then we've got a spot for you!

Food & Kitchen

Feeding hundreds of people for three days is no easy feat, and we’ve been fortunate for over 30 years to accomplish this task with the help of dozens of people. We always need your help in the kitchen during the event — meal prep, serving and cleanup — thank you for always being there!

Vendors

There are a limited number of vendor spaces available for artisans and businesses compatible with our vision.

Our policy is that you must have attended at least one Whole Being Weekend as a non-vending participant before you can be considered to be a vendor. That way you can get a sense about what the WBW is all about, and get a feel for what is truly going on here. This is not a swap meet where anyone can sell anything; only products or services deemed appropriate will be considered. We will be accepting applications to vend after the opening of registration in June.

The Healing Garden

In a special area under the trees, we are once again offering "The Healing Garden" for healers to nourish others with their gifts. The opportunity to give and receive healing arts is available for anyone who is registered for the Weekend.

The Healing Garden is a community healing space. Any massage therapists and all varieties of healers will be welcome to set up their tables and equipment, along with their business cards/fliers to share during these FREE healing sessions.
